RE-CREATING THE TOUR
The creative relationship didn’t end there. My friend didn’t get the film grant he wanted, but he and a couple of others had filmed on Super 8 film, the tiniest size film possible. The footage was put in a box and forgotten until David Cameron and I discovered the box and decided to make something of it. Thus began another intense period of focusing on Muktananda, his image, his voice, and his teachings.
Like trying to thread a needle, the film was tiny as we sorted through it, and did a rough assembly by hand. The film had no sound, so we decided that the only narration should be just Baba telling his own story with subtitles, so it was up to the next level of focus and concentration, finding good sound bites and trying to cheat the synchronization of Baba’s image and voice.

I was able to get some professional video studio time to polish the end result. David and I post produced the sound track, David producing the music and playing guitar with a couple of invited musicians.
What was happening in the advertising 'dimension' advertising...well that reminds me... another story!
