For over 50 years I have been fascinated by ‘consciousness’ and human potential, asking :

“Who am I”, “What am I” and “What am I capable of”?

followed with "What is love", "What is creativity", "What is wisdom"

I immersed in Meditation, Yoga, Qigong, Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism and Christianity. From times immemorial, to the contemporary world of healing, transpersonal psychology and quantum physics. Learning about mind, body and 'spirit'.mining the ‘gold’ for what I felt an affinity with, creating a simple protocol for a simple, happy and fulfilled life.

I believe we can all learn, and unlearn, from each other, let’s do this together.

Believe in Yourself.  'Re-set' your Self.

No such thing as retirement , there’s re-freshment, re-enthusing and re-vitalisating ahead. You may have had a life full of responsibilities, caring for others or totally focused on your job, now it’s time for more 'me time' and have a 'little/big adventure within yourself'.

We all have many treasures within, including - the jewels of love, creativity and innate wisdom we are born with.

By aligning with your intuition you may surprise yourself with what is waiting for you to uncover.

Let’s put a simple 'tool kit' together of little things you can add to your day, choose the items which can fit in with your lifestyle and could enhance your thinking.

 

Re-tuning your Self

Simple mediation can be practiced off a 'mat', even in a wheelchair or in bed. You can take this 'tool' into the world with you.

Free of dogma, religion, foreign languages, we can find an affinity with one that suits you.

It could be a sound, uplifting inspiring music or sound vibrations that help you find the peace within you and your True nature, reviewing the 'filing cabinet' of the mind, what is of value to you now, or can be put out with the rubbish and create more freedom from others' opinions and influences you may have accumalated, while tuning into your own intuition.

 

Re-freshing the Body

Build energy in both body and mind without twisting and turning your body into weird and awkward shapes. No studying chakras or kundalini, or whatever else is in 'fashion'. Learn a simple 7 minute light physical routine you can do even watching television, or if necessary sitting down with a simple introduction to self-healing, the self organizing capacity of your body and the energies available to you from Nature and beyond Nature .

A simple breathing technique to make you more conscious of your breathing and all of the 'magic' and energy it holds, where the inner world converges in an exchange of energy with the outer world.

 

Re-freshing your vision

Seeing with fresh eyes, a simple way to see the world with new eyes, a simple approach to ridding your Self of mental habits and thoughts that undermine your appreciation of your life.

”Becoming child-like but not childish”.

 

Re-energise yourself with Nature

See the True Nature of Nature, the energy and life force, and your inseparable connection with it , learn to absorb the energy it offers.  

Start to observe the energy cycles of Nature and those with your own body and work with them. 

 

Re-discovering the love and creativity within you.

Finding the love within for your Self flows outwards to your family, friends, your work, your life and the 'Universe. Uncovering and affirming your passion and talent, because we are all 'talented' at something, believe it or not and despite what any one tells you, that’s bullshit.

You are creative, lets’ unleash it.

Remember how you loved everything and intuitively creative you were as a young child when unrestrained by 'you can't'. Let's go back there and uncover it.

Re-sponsibility for self-healing.  

As we get along we start to notice and feel flaws in our health and bodies, even our minds, and can easily become too dependent on medications, therapists and coaches etc, but you and your body’s innate self-healing and self-organizing ability have the potential to make a big difference to your state and even how to 'see' your sickness.

You already have a great 'medicine cabinet' inside you, which once you learn to start opening it can support your health and healing along with medicines (when and if really necessary etc.)

Re-writing your menu.

Are you eating for your tongue or your body?

A simple review of diet, how food as medicine and a source of energy can be introduced into your current diet, if you are ill research what foods are good to assist in healing with that particular problem.

Re-member massage.

When you hurt yourself you often intuitively massage the point to make it feel better, take that a step further and start to simply massage your self to increase circulation and flow within your body or learn the simple basics as it is a great method to connect with family and share with, there are also simple tools and rollers that can be great too.

Sharing, supporting and motivating others, sharing life’s lessons.

Guest speakers who have conquered heavy addictions from bad self-image, to heavy drugs and alcoholism to inspiring teachers discovering our full potential.

A place for caring and sharing, losing the fears that we often let rule and inhibit our lives, not fear of conquering mountains etc, but of thoughts that are often cause of much of our anger. Fear of not being loved, not being heard, not speaking not “being enough”, of the future. Making molehills out of mountains.

Also great medium for connecting and socializing, an environment for synchronicity.
