I START TO "SURF THE TAO"
With Baba's teachings and through being in his company, I had come to understand and experience "True Self".
What was next?

He asked me to open my hands and pointed at my palms.
An immediate tingling like an energy stirring through my hands and moving up my arms, a distinct physical sensation.
What was this?
Was this the same energy as the 'Shakti' I had experienced with Baba?
She announced with the quiet assertion that he was a Ch’i Kung Master- Master Shaawn Cheng.
And what, I asked, was a Ch’i Kung master?
Fast reverse a couple of years!
I was friends with the daughter of a Taiwanese Taoist priest, Yensoon, who had fascinated me with an exotic mix of mysticism and insights into the ancient Chinese philosophy of the Tao.
Her father had also taught her the art/science of Feng Shui, the study of the circulation of energy in environments, nature, homes, and places of business, etc. She was able to translate this into the effect your name has on your life, and several well-known advertising people consulted her...changed the spelling of their name and had great success... Did this change contribute? They were very talented to start with.
One day, Yensoon disappeared, and I didn’t see her for months.
When we next met, she shyly announced she had married, and introduced me to a small, handsome young Chinese man who seemed to radiate a warm golden glow.

Who is Master Shawn Cheng and what is Ch'i Kung?
This is Ch’i, he said, the vital force, the creative power, and the intelligence of the Universe. It is the energy, giving life to all living beings, from human, animal, vegetable, and mineral.
. We have the potential to experience it within ourselves, in nature, and the Universe. I could learn to connect and experience this energy within myself, even draw Ch'i from Nature and the Universe. I could enhance and utilize this energy for self-healing and even assist in healing others. Through connecting with Ch'i, I would start to unfold latent potential and attain higher levels of consciousness.
It is the power behind the most accomplished martial arts, the principle behind Chinese Traditional Medicine, and the finest of creative Chinese arts.
Simply, to me, seeing how we are in the Universe and the Universe was in us, and how we can become conscious of it and connect with it.
This was like yet another color reflecting from the one 'diamond' and could enhance what I had already learnt and experienced.
Ch'i is life force.
'Gong' is the mastery of life force.
I felt an immediate connection with Master Cheng. Again, synchronicity had played a role.
Ch'i Kung was virtually unheard of in Australia at the time. I started organizing talks and workshops to introduce Master Cheng and Ch'i Kung.
I helped create a center for healing, Ch'i Kung lessons, and outside 'Feng Shui 'consultations,
"The Ch'i field is the hidden language by which the intelligence
within everything from atoms to stars communicate
and maintain their rhythm and harmony.
Everything, without exception, is alive and communicating by virtue of
the energetic shape given to it by Nature’s intelligence.
The internal alchemist aligns within the ch'i field,
and performs alchemical operations
to shape the ch'i field in order to accelerate the unfolding of
life’s inherent simplicity, wholeness, and aliveness."
